DISCOVERING PATHS THROUGH BODY AWARENESS: CONTEMPORARY LAB
During the class we will connect with the organic body avoiding the formalities and diverting our impulses from known paths through improvisations that slowly will be gaining complexity.
The practise seeks to help to increase body awareness at the same time that liberates the mind to free it from existent restrictions through games. Recycling our energy using the necessary, without decorations we will travel through our body map discovering unexplored corners.
In partner exercises, the partner’s body will become the medium to discover new possibilities that individually would be more complicated to find. Playing to evade ourselves from the judgement we will enter into the group energy.
